🏠 Do you have a retail shop?I don’t have a physical shop — I work from my home-based design studio in Leicester, creating and packing each card with care.

Do you accept returns or refunds?For personalised or custom-made items, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or contains an error made by me (such as an incorrect name, date, or message). Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact me at vickyjonescards@yahoo.co.uk as soon as possible—corrections can usually be made if the item hasn’t been printed yet. For non-personalised items, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

📬 Can you send the card directly to recipient?Absolutely! I can send personalised cards straight to them, sealed and signed with your personalised message. Just choose the option before checkout and ensure the shipping address is theirs. Don't forget to add you inside words!

🕒 How long does it take to dispatch my order, and when will it arrive?All cards are dispatched within 2 working days. UK orders: Sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, estimated delivery 2–3 working days. You can upgrade postage to Royal Mail 1st Class / Evri Tracked. 🌍 International delivery times: EU: Estimated 3–5 working days USA & Rest of World: Estimated 7–10 working days These are estimates only — delays can occasionally occur.
